Outlook 2010 is by far the most utilised email client in corporate environments. Unfortunately copying email signatures, carefully developed on one&#8217;s desktop, is not that straightforward to copy to laptop or another PC. This text shows how is that done.<br \/>\n<a name=\"__top\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h1>Copy Outlook 2010 email signatures to another computer<\/h1>\n<section class=\"ocpIntroduction\">If you have created email signatures that you add to outgoing messages, these signatures can be copied to another computer. You can then use the signatures with Outlook on another computer.<\/section>\n<section class=\"ocpSection\">\n<h2>Step 1: Copy email signatures from the original computer<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Exit Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Open the folder where signatures are saved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Because the <b class=\"ocpUI\">Signatures<\/b> folder is a hidden folder, the easiest way to open the folder is to use the command<b class=\"ocpLiteral\">%APPDATA%\\Microsoft\\Signatures<\/b> on the <b class=\"ocpUI\">Start<\/b> menu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b class=\"ocpRunInHead\">Windows 7<\/b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Click <b class=\"ocpUI\">Start<\/b>.
